How to make this???

Make two video shots. First shot general view of the car. Then film the wheel from this angle gradually moving away. Open these two video clips in CapCut. Now scroll to the first frame of the second clip and freeze it. Hit overlay and shorten this frame to around one second. Then drag it under the first clip to the end. Next we want to use mask, circle, fit the mask on the wheel like this. Duplicate it, select that copy clip and pull it under the original. Now hit mask here and invert it. Once it's done we want to put the keyframes. For the second layer, two keyframes like this. And for the third layer, at the end and very beginning of the frame. Here at the first point we need to extend our frame over the edges like this. And on the second layer, at the first point we move the frame completely away. Now your transition is ready. You can add some additional effects to make it more spectacular. Then all you have to do is download the video and that's all.
