Here's three things you should never do in Claude. Number one, when using connectors in Claude, only enable and highlight the relevant one. Otherwise, Claude will scan and waste usage finding ones that aren't even relevant. Number two, you need to know the difference between Claude chat and Claude Cowork. Cowork is meant for connectors and to carry out tasks. So if you want a general conversation, to ask questions, use chat. You don't burn through tokens. Number three is avoid small, simple messages like this. Otherwise, it has to remind itself what it was previously doing and burns through tokens.
