this is exactly how I build a SaaS product as one person in 2026 — 5 apps, no team, no investors Everybody's selling courses on 'how to be an AI founder.' Skip them. This is the actual day-to-day stack: 1. Claude — my AI brain for thinking through problems and writing code with Claude Code (it replaced ChatGPT entirely) 2. CheckVibe — security scanner for websites — paste a URL, get a full security report in 30 seconds, fast and easy 3. Figma — I design every screen here before writing code — cheap to change pixels, expensive to change code 4. PostHog — product analytics, funnels and session replay so I see exactly what users click and where they drop off 5. Cursor — AI code editor; I describe a feature in plain English and it writes the code with me, ships in hours not weeks That's it. No 30-tool Notion template, no $500/month subscription bundle, no agency in the background. Just five apps that each do one thing exceptionally well. I write features with Claude, build them in Cursor, ship them in seconds, watch users in real time, and iterate. The loop is what wins. If you're trying to vibe code your way to a real product, save this for the next time you're tempted to buy yet another AI tool. Follow for more — I'm building in public and breaking down every part of running an indie SaaS as a solo founder. #vibecoding #vibecode #aitools #indiesaas #entrepreneur
