You can create a design division, a paid media division, a sales division, a marketing division, and basically any other division you can imagine. There's even examples of which skills to use for which real-world scenarios. Installing is as simple as copying the top line into Claude code and then activating it by just calling the actual skills. And pretty much the exact same instructions for Codex.
