I don't know who needs to hear this, but ChatGPT knows things about you that you never told it. It's been quietly building a profile around you from everything that you've shared. From your interests to your preferences. To find and delete these things and delete it, follow these prompts. First, we're gonna head to ChatGPT and enter in this prompt out. Lay out everything you've stored and remember about me as one complete list. Names, places, work, habits, preferences, anything. Don't summarize or leave anything out. I want to see the full file you've built on me from our conversations. In the same conversation, ask chat, tell me everything you've figured out about me that I never actually stated, the things you've inferred from how I write, what I ask, what I avoid. My age range, income level, where I likely live. Show me exactly what tipped you off about each one. Continuing the chat, ask, based on everything you know about me, name the personality traits I most likely don't see in myself: my blind spots, my insecurities, the way I actually come across versus how I think I do. Be blunt and specific. Finally, this prompt using your profile of me, predict how I'd handle things I've never told you about, like: stress, money, conflict, risks, a decision I'm most likely to make next. Tell me how confident you are in each of these predictions based on my behavior. Finally, to delete these memories, go to ChatGPT, click on your profile, click on personalization, scroll down till you see memory. Here you can click on manage memory and then delete the ones that you don't want. And inside of data controls, make sure to turn off improve the model for everyone.
