This might surprise you. Last year, I made six figures. As a content creator, while taking over 20 classes as a full-time dental student. Mathematically, that should not have been possible. I was taking around 35 credits, grossly miscalculated, 53 total credits. Clinic hours, and in the middle of all that, brand deadlines, campaigns, and networking events. We love to romanticize the girls who do it all, but no one actually shows you how. How do you become the girl who does it all? So welcome to Busy Girl Easy Tools. The Morning Text. Every morning at 6:00 AM, I got an automated text. It basically ran down my entire day for me. Deadlines, meetings, anything urgent that needs my attention, plus a little sweet message to get me motivated for the day. I set this up using and honestly, it's so easy to do. It reads through my calendars and my emails and follows the script that I gave. Start of the script. You are my personal assistant. Every morning, greet me warmly with my name, today's date, and day of the week, then send me a full daily briefing as an iMessage text. Format the message like this: Good Morning Sunny! ☀️ (Day), (Month Date) SCHEDULE. The Reminder. If you have an iPhone, you can do this. I'd go to my reminders app and add in all my tasks for the day. I split it into two lists. Personal and NYU. Do the personal laundry, return errands, and under NYU, submitting any lab work, checking a patient's insurance approval. I have actual checkboxes. If I just leave it in my head, I'm gonna think about 20 things that I have to do, and the next minute it's gone. Evening Emails. The thought of sitting down after a long clinic day and reading through all of my emails. I couldn't do it. I can't do it. I'm not gonna be able to do it tomorrow. Why would I if I don't have to? After dinner, the first thing I would do is go straight into Gemini. Can you read through my emails and flag anything that's important and that needs my response? Not would it only flag what's important. It would actually create a response for me that I can send right away. I would do this while I had a TV show on. Doesn't require my full attention. Episode One.
