MLB Ballpark app

MLB Ballpark — This app is without exception, the worst app I've ever used. It almost never works. Takes forever to load. Tickets do not transfer to my Apple wallet. The system usually crashed when you're at the ball park waiting in line trying to get in. The app caches events and posts then above tickets to games regardless of event date. All in all, this app represents the worst component of being a baseball fan their is. Takes nearly 5 clicks just to open your tickets. Very difficult to use, my parents struggle with it and always ask me for help. Friends have not been able to get into games because the app does not work or load properly on their phones even with perfect wifi and network performance on the newest iPhone. Please MLB do something about this horrendous situation.Update - the developer responded to my review with a very generic, unhelpful response. I believe a bot may have responded as opposed to a real human which is not a surprise, given the quality of their application.
