During my internship, I was allowed to be part of the interview process for the next term. I saw about a dozen students get interviewed and these are the mistakes I saw that caused them not to get the job. It’s not just about the coding. It’s about how you market yourself as well. You can have the standard perfect CV with all the skills and projects. The first step is to get your CV noticed by recruiters and then it’s about how you are as a person.
