Everybody, it's Tony Robbins. I'm having a very thoroughly unique moment right now of total relaxation and I'm here in Saint-Tropez. I'm gonna get a little picture in the background here. Just want to remind everybody that fundamentally, there's grace in all our lives. Our biggest challenges, almost always provide, develop our best skills, our best abilities, but it requires one skill. There's the one skill above all else that determines whether you live your life of your dreams or you settle for something far less than you desire and deserve. I've been teaching it for 40 years, but neuroscience even proves it. And that is, that one skill is your ability to do the uncomfortable things consistently. I'm sorry to be so boring, but that's it. If you think about anything you really want in your life, the only thing blocking you is the emotion you don't want to go through, the feelings you don't want to feel, the discomfort. Whatever it is you want, that rewards on the other side of their rejection, you fear, or the loneliness or the pain of what you think the hard work may be, or the disappointment you're afraid you might have to face. You will at times, you'll go through all those things. But if you can push through discomfort, you develop something most people never have in their life, and that's the life you really want. Neuroscience now proves this. You know, every single time you push yourself to do something that's incredibly uncomfortable, there's a part of your brain, the amygdala, which sets off this firing sequence of threat. You know, the Steph Curry's, the Michael Jordan's, the Tom Brady's, these are all people that they practice so intensely, they push themselves so hard in practice that they're now rewarded in public. They've done the uncomfortable things over and over again so it's not uncomfortable. It starts to become pleasurable. The people you admire, they're not stronger, they're not smarter, they're not more willful. They just push themselves through this threat of habituation. They've gone through the discomfort over and over again until now it's not a threat to them. They're just better trained. You can train your body to do anything, your mind to do anything. So I want to invite you to think about, what is you really want out of your life? And what's stopping you? What fear, what just comes down to a feeling in the end, what are you afraid to feel? And are you just willing today to move forward? Because if you will consistently move forward and do what is uncomfortable, you'll get good at anything you commit to. So I invite you to remember that class is in session. It's called LIFE. Don't waste a minute. That's my little message today. I don't give them to you often, but I wanted to say, love and respect to all of you, and I hope you'll give yourself what you deserve. And know that it's not luck under the people. You can make your luck to a certain amount. Don't get me wrong. There are challenges we all face. But how we deal with them, the decisions we make, the actions we take, that's what shapes it all. Have a magnificent day. Thanks for listening.
