Now its with Asiri Hospitals? What is actually happening? Correction: In the video I described this as directors selling shares. To be precise the seller was the parent company, Asiri Hospital Holdings PLC, which disposed of Asiri Surgical shares on the market (stake down from 79.96% to 76.32%). The named directors appear in the CSE filing because, as board members of the selling company, they are deemed to hold a “relevant interest” in those shares under Section 200 an indirect disclosure obligation, not a personal trade. Owning the correction here so the record is clean. Find the breakdown on inwestout.com/research #fyp #foryoupage #investment #stockmarket #softlogic
