This house behind me is located in the sought-after neighborhood of Six Creeks in Kyle, Texas. This is one of my personal favorite floor plans. It's a 4 bed, 3 and a half bath plus an office coming in at 2,700 square feet. Before we go inside, I want to take a moment for the exterior of the home. You have beautiful front yard landscaping all throughout your front yard with the extended driveway that leads up to the two car garage. Now let's go inside. As you walk inside, you have 13 foot tray ceilings. Right off to the right is your at home office with the double doors that have glass in them. Check out this amazing view of that front landscaping. This house is staged, but it's quick move in ready. Down this hallway to the right is your half bath. This is for the guests who blow up the restrooms. But now let's go inside. Back down your entry way to the right is your kitchen. You have bar seating along here with the pendant lighting. In this community, it is a gas community. So you have the built-in gas stove and built-in microwave and oven. Big backs. Here's your corner pantry. Show them this beautiful backsplash. But also look at this upgrade. You have a built-in spot for the trash cans. Two of them fit in here. We've got the open concept floor plan, so this leads directly into your formal dining area underneath this light fixture. I also want you to notice how much natural light is coming in. No lights on in this living room and it's still super bright. So it leads into your living room. As you can see, it's staged for that. Down this hallway to the right is your first bedroom that has a great view of your side yard. This one has its own ensuite with the shower tub combo. But we can't forget the closets. They're great sized. Up here, you have the same size as the other ones. But this one has a view of your backyard. Again, you have the same closet in here. Now, let's go show them the upstairs. I almost forgot. Before we go upstairs, check out this cool Harry Potter style closet. I would personally use this as a pet space. Now, let's go show them the upstairs. Again, you have the same ceiling fan in place. I would personally use this as a game room. You have picture frame windows that line this wall. This house is staged for that. Again, you have the same closet in here. Now, let's go show them the backyard. As you walk outside, you have the Texas size patio railing all along here, steps that lead down to your peaceful 55 foot lot backyard with two trees planted.
