This is what it's really like at The Farmers Boy. Every morning starts with the same routine... ✅ Open the windows 💡 Switch on the lights ☕ Check the coffee machine 🍽️ Make sure breakfast is ready 🪑 Straighten the tables 👀 Walk every room and make sure everything is just right By the time our guests arrive, everything looks effortless. But like every business, there's a lot that happens behind the scenes that nobody ever sees. Around here, we call them "broken windows" — the little jobs, the small details, and the constant checks that keep everything running smoothly. Last night was another busy one, so a huge thank you to everyone who came to see us.
