Turns out the real fix wasn't just cleaning things up, it was giving Claude someone to ask instead of someone to guess. So I built two top-level managers that every other skill reports to. ⭐️ the Bree Skill: my personality type, work cycles, ADHD, and the decision-making patterns that help Claude catch my blind spots ⭐️ the Brand Skill: voice, strategy, goals, and content pillars, broken into folders that only open when a task actually needs them ⭐️ a system where my caption skill, script skill, and every task-specific skill just asks one of these two instead of me repeating my whole context One knows who I am.
