my adhd Claude Setup ADHD things in my Claude setup that just makes sense. And the last one is one of my new favorites. The first thing is system instructions to have Claude not overwhelm me with really big blocks of text and also not to give me too many actions at one time. The second one is a personal context skill that documents how I think, what my personality type is, and how my brain cycles through. This helps Claude to determine the best ways to help me critically think through conversations. The third one is a diary skill that I really love. A lot of times I get off on tangents about different things, but I don't necessarily want to stop the project that I'm currently working on. So I have a diary skill that adds key notes, intended goals, and things that I really like to a special place in Notion so that I can come back to it later and I don't have to just dig back through a bunch of different conversations. The third thing is really simple and it's after I'm done with a chat, I just add the closed prefix to the name of it. Number five is having a Claude coworker routine that goes through my documents and downloads and desktop folders and cleans things up for me. It sorts all the content that I need to put on my externals. Number six is a "Did I Commit" Claude coworker artifact that I created to run on a schedule that picks up any mentions of I can do that or things that I've committed to. It checks for both Slack and Granola to help me make sure that I have not verbally committed to something and not actually added it to my boards. And these are just a few things that help somebody as somebody with ADHD. Let me know if you all want to see more.
