This one is super easy. Just set up your phone and film yourself jumping from left to right or doing any exercise, just make sure to stay in the frame. Once you're done, just open that clip in the cap cut app, at the beginning of the clip, select it, scroll to camera tracking, select camera tracking and in this case just select custom. Then zoom in and place that tracking point over the head, adjusting the box around it, hit track and it auto tracks. In the last step to get rid of These colorful corners hit adjust fit canvas and your video should look like this. Then export and that's it.
