We expect ALL team members to:
Arrive on time (6:25am - 7:30am)
Provide prompt notice if unable to work
Limit avoidable call-offs
Attend team meetings

Call off Notice Requirements
If you cannot work your scheduled shift:
You must notify management by phone call or direct text
We expect you to reach out to other cleaners first
Beforehand to see if anyone else can cover your shift.
Notice must be given at least 12 hours before your shift
If your shift begins at 8:30am notice must be given by 6:00 - 8:30 PM
the night before.
What is Considered a Late Call-Off:
Notice given less than 12 hours before shift
Falling off after cleans have already been assigned
Not showing up without notifying (No Call / No Show)
90 Day Rolling Attendance Reset
After 90 days without additional call offs, prior points drop off
If 90 days pass with perfect attendance, your record resets.

Employee Client Non-Solicitation Agreement

This Employee Client Non-Solicitation Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between:

Employee:
1. Nature of Employment
Employer is employed by Do-Well Cleaning as a cleaner and will provide cleaning services to
clients of Do-Well Cleaning on assigned days and schedules as determined by the Employer.
Employee acknowledges that during employment they will have direct contact with Do-Well
Cleaning clients and access to client information.
2. Non-Solicitation of Clients
To protect the business interests of Do-Well Cleaning, Employee agrees to the following:
A. During Employment
Employee shall not, directly or indirectly:
Solicit, offer to provide services to, or accept cleaning work from any client of Do-Well
Cleaning outside of their employment with Do-Well Cleaning.
Encourage, request, or suggest that any client cancel or reduce services with Do-Well
Cleaning.
Provide personal contact information to clients for the purpose of offering independent
cleaning services.
