The complete guide to sustainable food choices: some make a huge difference, and others… not so much. So we wanted to create a priority list. What are the most impactful actions? And what are the choices that we don’t have to worry about so much? That is the idea behind our ‘compass’, a central part of the Fork Ranger book. It’s not a map to a perfect food system, but it points in the general direction about how to reduce the climate impact of our food (for individuals, a list for farmers look can look completely different). In the book I walk through each step in more detail and also share more stories about why our individual choices matter in the first place. Sources for the graphs in the videos: 1 Bar-On, Y.
