Here is one advice I would like to give to those who are interested in making money from home.

Hi, this is Ernie. I'm the guy who had $6 in his checking account to now having millions of dollars. I'm known here on TikTok as a guy who makes tens of thousands of dollars every single week selling options. And of course, with that, many of you reached out and said, hey, I want to learn what you do. What is one piece of advice that you could give before I start watching your videos and buying a book or reading a book? That advice, I'm going to tell you in a story. So, many, many years ago, there was a gas station that was available. This gas station had a really bad history. Two previous owners, their lives have been taken away through a robbery. So, nobody really wanted to own it, nobody wanted to take over, and this was owned by a larger oil company like ExxonMobil, one of those. And because they were really desperate for somebody to operate, they started sending out voice messages to various gas station owners. And it goes something like, hey, I have an amazing gas station. This gas station does this much volume, this much convenience store revenue. I'm going to give it to you for free if you're interested. And what did many of them think? They automatically thought, this is too good to be true. This must be a scam. So, according to the headquarter, most people did not respond. Even when they reached out to them personally, like by visiting these gas stations, they said, okay, so something is not right. But for those who were willing to meet and have a conversation, they found out that yes, that had a very dark history, and they said most of the people came up with reasons why this is not going to work. Yes, insurance is going to be high, my wife will not approve, the cost-benefit is just not there, I'm willing to not take my risk, this could only work if there's a security and you guys are willing to compensate for that. Just a lot of reasons why it's not going to work, except one guy. This guy that I know relatively well. So, we had meetings, and this was probably the best career advice or life advice that I received. His mindset was all about, how do I make it work? So, we had a brainstorming session, we talked to the headquarter, other gas station owners, we talked to a bunch of them, people even people who were owning gas stations in a similar environment, like rough neighborhood, had, you know, previous incidents of robberies. So, this is what he decided to do as part of a solution to this. He went to every single gas station nearby, every single police station nearby, with a pamphlet, everything, and donation, and told them, coffee, donuts, bakery item, free for police officers, anytime of the day, doesn't really matter. And if they come and buy anything else, it's 20% off. And guess what? Like first day, of course, nothing really happened. But third day, fourth day, there's a police car coming every five to six minutes to buy something or to get free coffee. And I've done actually done the market research, and I said, hey, what what really matters when it comes to gas station? This was part of my work a long time ago, but toilet, a clean bathroom, and fresh coffee. So, even if there's a pot of coffee, they'll throw it out if it's old. Always make fresh ones, even if you're losing money on those. And there's every two hours the toilet is cleaned. You could like literally eat off the toilet, that's how clean it was. And guess what? Never robbed. Able to regrow it, sold it to somebody else for $800,000 in cash. And of course, that person decided, I'm not going to give free stuff to police officers, why would I do that to them? And then got robbed, and then eventually he took it over all over again and then sold it for another $800,000. What is the story? What is that advice? Even my best friend who knows what I do, and he has seen my accounts, line by line, he still thinks it's too good to be true, and he thinks that's not for him. I'm only able to do this because I have money. For somebody like him who does not have money, this is not possible. That's what he believes. My best friend, that's what he believes. So he refuses to give this a try. Even when he got laid off and was taking money out from 401k, yes, you pay the penalty to take money out from 401k to support his, you know, daily expenses or monthly expenses, he still did not want to learn how to do this. Many of you have watched my video, and I have so many comments who did not even finish watching the video or did not even Google it to see whether this is possible, telling me that this is a scam. This doesn't work. This is too good to be true. I'm just doing this to sell books. I tell you to go to the library and borrow books. I don't even tell you to buy books. Doesn't really matter. Other people, they said, this works for you. I cannot get that kind of money because I don't have money. Or I'm not good at learning something new. I need to be taught in person, hand-holding like a five-year-old. A variety of reasons why you cannot learn how to do this. But here's the truth. Anybody who actually figured out how to learn, they made money. They are not stressed out about money. They have supplemental income that's coming in. I have a gentleman who's paying his college kids tuition using my approach. So before you dismiss it, before you come up with reasons why this cannot be done, I want you to change your mindset and say, okay, I want to learn how to do this. What do I need to learn? So it all comes to the mindset, which is why I want everybody to read this particular book before you do anything that I that I do. This, this person hired, recruited Wall Street rejects. People who are typically not hired by Wall Street. Taught them his approach, everybody became a millionaire. Not one exception, everybody became a millionaire. Everybody that I coached and taught how to do this, I'm not saying that they became a millionaire, but they make weekly income to supplement their W2 so that they're less stressed out about money. And people who have done this diligently, they have retired. Some retire in their 50s. I have one person that retired in their 30s. That's how lucrative this can be. And you must be thinking, oh, he's just like couple of them, you're trying to sell us books. No, go to the library and borrow it. I don't have any courses, I don't have any training. Yes, I created a little mini course, it's not really a mini course, but it's completely free for you to watch. So there's absolutely nothing that you need to pay. So if you're doubtful, or if you're one of those people who will come up with excuses, you will miss out on an opportunity to take over that $800,000 or gas station and grow it and make $800,000 twice because you came up with reasons why this is not going to work. So take a leap of faith, read this book, and you will be convinced that this is something that you could do, and the financial freedom that I started enjoying, and the retirement that I started enjoying in my 40s, this is something that you could also get, and never have to worry about money ever. Hopefully, this will motivate you to at least look into it. You don't have to do what I do, but at least look into it.
