these viral sausage cream cheese pinwheels are so easy and so yummy 😋 Ingredients: 1 sheet puff pastry 4oz @Philly Cream Cheese cream cheese (softened) 1/2 regular pork sausage roll (cooked) 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 egg (for egg wash) Instructions: Roll out the puff pastry dough and spread with a layer of cream cheese evenly over the surface. Then add a layer of shredded cheese and sausage. Roll tightly into a log (allow to set in freezer for 10-15 minutes if needed to firm up) and slice into 7-8 pinwheels. Place pinwheels on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the tops with beaten egg, then bake at 400°F for 18-20 minutes until golden and flaky.
