I hate chargebacks
Transcript
I hate chargebacks. I had a customer charge back on their order because the shipping time was too long. They claimed that their order was not received within the designated time of my shipping times. Not only does it say in my shipping instructions 7 to 12 days, they received their order in five. So not only did we do way better than we said we would, they still charge back because it took too long. And guess what? The bank sided with them, of course. I just hate customers like that because now they just have a free product for no reason and it's like, come on. Where's my ad spend? Cost of goods?
