You want to learn AI and automation. Where do you even start? You have no idea where to begin. So let me hand you the whole map. Follow this, and you become the top 1%. Look at any process, automate it. And actually understand how this whole thing works from scratch. First, one fork in the road. There are two ways in: code and no-code. Code is for people who want to write the software themselves. No-code means you don't write a single line, you connect things visually. Today, we're doing no-code because that's where you start. And honestly, it's where most of you need to be right now. Step one isn't AI. It's automation. Plain automation. And automation is just this: a task you repeat over and over, without thinking. You get it to run itself, start to finish. Someone fills out your form, that fires off a welcome email. It adds them to your CRM as a new lead. It pings your team. You didn't touch any of it. That's automation. The tool is n8n. Think of it as a board of blocks. Little blocks are nodes. Each node does one step. Chain them together, and the whole thing runs on its own. This is where most people quit. It feels abstract until you actually do it once. So inside my community, I built an interactive demo – you build one yourself. You click through, you build one. Get past this, and everything after it clicks. Step two gets stupid powerful. Take that same automation, and drop a brain in it. It's not blasting the same template at everyone. The AI reads each customer's profile and writes them a custom email. It can read a message and understand it, sort it, decide what to do next. Chain the brains together. One AI writes the copy, another generates an image. That turns that image into a video for your marketing – automatically. Another builds the whole report. Plain automation is dumb – it just moves things A to B. This one thinks. It's the difference between a conveyor belt – moves stuff – and an actual employee sitting inside your workflow, making the call. That jump is the whole game. To build it well, you need to understand a little about how the AI underneath actually thinks. Context, what it's working from. Your data, how it reads it. How information moves through the workflow.
