Sometimes food can still look “okay”, but its smell, color, or texture may already be giving you warning signs. For chicken, look for a fresh pink color, firm texture, and a neutral smell. If it looks gray, feels slimy or sticky, or has a strong smell, it’s better not to risk it. For potatoes, small sprouts don’t always mean you need to throw them away. But if they’re green, very wrinkled, moist, or have dark spots, it’s safer to discard them. And with eggs, smell is key. If the yolk breaks easily, the whites look unusual, or there’s a strong rotten smell, don’t eat it. These signs are a quick guide, but when in doubt, play it safe. Taking care of what you eat is also part of taking care of your progress. 🥚 #fresh #food #chicken #healthytip
