When you want a dinner that's ready in 30 minutes and one pan, you make this creamy coconut gochujang shrimp. We're gonna start out with some large shrimp that's been peeled, deveined and the tails are off. Then we're gonna add in a little drizzle of olive oil along with our spices. We have salt, black pepper, onion powder, paprika, and oregano. Give that a good mix. Add a little bit more oil to your pan, add in the shrimp and get it beautifully seared on both sides. And once it's fully cooked through, we're gonna remove it from the pan. To the same pan, you're gonna melt in some butter, add some garlic, give it a nice sauté and then we'll add in our gochujang and tomato paste. Cook that down and then we'll add in a whole can of coconut milk along with soy sauce, a bit of sugar, paprika, some chili flakes to taste, and a chicken bouillon cube. Give it a good mix. To plate it up, we're gonna serve it with a small bowl of rice, pour in that beautiful sauce we just made, then add in the shrimp and I like to garnish it with gochugaru, which is Korean chili flakes and some green onions. And there you have the most delicious, easy comforting dish. And now all that's left to do is enjoy.
