DAP Dynaflex Ultra

Shop DAP Dynaflex Ultra Exterior Sealant for a sealant that can last in any weather condition due to its Weather Max Technology.

Why it worked

The video taps into a common relatable dilemma for DIY projects, using a direct question to engage the audience and encourage comments, which is a strong driver of TikTok's algorithm.

Summary

A person is in a hardware store, unsure whether to buy white or black caulk for their bathtub. They ask for advice and are told that the white caulk they are holding is a good option.

Structure

1Asking for help choosing caulk color
2Confirming bathtub color
3Asking about caulk quality
4Receiving confirmation of quality
5Expressing thanks

Original caption

I thought this was going to be the easiest decision of my entire bathroom project… and somehow I’ve been standing here debating black vs white for WAY too long 😭 White feels clean and classic, but black might actually make everything look more put together?? At this point I need strangers on the internet to make the decision for me because apparently I cannot be trusted with home improvement choices 😂 Black or white caulk for the bathtub?? ⬇️ #HomeImprovement #BathroomMakeover #DIYProjects #HomeRenovation #adulting
