70 lb tuna caught 30 miles off montauk = a very good weekend activity for the rest of us. we made: contramar-style tostadas, chutoro nigiri with sweet soy, and black & blue seared yellowfin with miso mirin. the tostada recipe is on epicurious if you want to attempt it (labor of love, worth it though). what should we make with the rest of the catch?!? #montauk #montaukfishing #hamptons #catchandcook #freshtuna
