Second step, go for the EGF serum and then any barrier cream that you want. Three steps. Now, let's say you want to add an active, maybe retinol for anti-aging routine. I would actually do it after the EGF serum. So right here. The reason being, this texture is super lightweight. It almost looks like a toner, so you want to apply it first. Always go from thinnest to thickest. And also, EGF signals repair. It signals cell turnover. And then the retinol increases cell turnover. So together, it maximizes your anti-aging benefits.
