I specialize in handmade sugar flowers and I'm going to show you the sugar flowers I made for today's wedding cake. Here I have a sugar flower rose. This has a little bit of blush in the centre and but it's mainly a white rose. I love this one. So cool up. Some delphiniums. These are small little blue flowers with little buds on top. The fun part about delphiniums is they're actually very poisonous to put on cakes, so it's really nice to have sugar flower versions. I also made some fuchsia, like hot pink magenta stock flowers. These are more just like a nice filler flower. They look very similar to a delphinium but they're a little more curly. Some greenery with me for around the flowers just to make it look more realistic. And finally, one of my pride and joys, this is a sugar flower dahlia. It's unreal. It's so cool. I really love the coral colours on this and we'll see if it fits on the cake. I'm not sure yet if I'll end up using this one or the rose cause it's a pretty small cake. I went a little overboard. All right, that's everything. We're gonna head out on delivery and I will post the final cake soon.
