He Waited By The Door 🥺 I was away four days. My sitter came twice a day, fed him, played with him, sent me photos. He was fine. But when I got home and opened the door, he was sitting right there. In the entryway. Facing the door. So I checked the indoor camera afterward. And he was in that exact spot for most of four days. He'd get up for food. He'd get up for the litter box. And then he'd come back. And sit. Facing the door. He didn't wait for the sitter. He waited for the SOUND of that lock. When I opened it he crossed the floor in three steps and shoved his head under my chin and wouldn't stop pushing into me. Made this sound I've never heard him make. Then he climbed into my lap, put his face against my neck, and purred until I couldn't feel my legs. I'm not going away again for a while. 💛 #Caracal #PetCaracal #CaracalLife
