Canadians shouldn't be getting worked up over U.S. President Donald Trump's executive order to rename Lake Ontario as "Lake America," Globe columnist Tony Keller argues. Instead, we should focus on Trump's questioning of free trade and how his moves against our long-standing and mutually beneficial relationship will alienate our two countries going forward.
