You can hit Fable’s weekly limit while still having Claude usage left. On Max, only up to half your weekly allowance is available to Fable models, which also use that allowance faster than other Claude models. As well as that the benchmark shown puts Fable 5.1 at $6.12 per task and Astra 6 at $2.57 at max effort, with Fable using its default fallback. So if Codex feels like it lets you get more work done before stopping, Fable may be giving you less bang for your buck.
