Scottsdale’s newest restaurant might also be its next must-try. 👀🔥 I was invited to KUZA’s First Table preview dinner, where we tasted some of the very first dishes coming out of the kitchen and this concept has serious potential. From the team behind The Americano and Cala Scottsdale, KUZA is a modern Japanese restaurant in North Scottsdale featuring live-fire robata grilling, sushi, raw-bar selections, Wagyu and craft cocktails, all served in a dark, intimate setting. Everything we tried was incredibly solid, and in my opinion, this may have the potential to become their best concept yet. Definitely add KUZA to your list of new Scottsdale restaurants to try!
