The Nordstrom in Green Hills mall, they don't have to worry about seeing me again. I guess they thought we didn't have any money. Who goes into a shoe department and just sits down with shoes in their hands so they can try them on? They said they thought we were just sitting, I guess I don't know. But we couldn't do that. So I started to go back in there to talk to the manager, but who has time for that when I can just go online? So to the ladies who are working in Nordstrom today, September 12th, one was helping the lady with cowboy boots, the other one was just walking around on her cell phone, stared at us several times, did not say anything until we said something to the other lady. Both of you need to step up your customer service game, ASAP, because it sucks. But this is exactly the reason why y'all see black people acting a fool in stores when people don't speak to them. They can't get a good level of customer service. Yep. So yeah, this is about the Nordstrom in Nashville, Tennessee, Green Hills Mall. So I'm gonna make sure that's documented because I really wanted those shoes, but you ain't gonna give my money. Nope. All right. Have a good day.
