I was a fool. I spent a whole month doing one minute of reverse plank every single day to try and fix my anterior pelvic tilt, but it did absolutely nothing. Because not only was I doing the wrong exercises, I wasn't also stretching. And the routine that I do now takes less than 10 minutes. The first one is called a pigeon stretch and this stretches out your glutes. Do it for about a minute on each side. The second one is the couch stretch. This lengthens your hip flexors, which for most people are extremely tight. Again, do this for one minute on each side. Next, I like to do a foot stretch and this involves kneeling down and sitting on your heels. As your feet are the only thing that touches the ground, any tightness in your feet can cause problems further up your body. After this, I do a tibialis stretch, similarly, kneeling down and placing my shins flat to the floor this time. Again, do this for about one minute. And finally, I like to do a hamstring stretch, grabbing the back of my calves and pulling my body towards my legs. And I paired this with the strengthening routine I mentioned in one of my previous videos. These two things have massively helped my anterior pelvic tilt and low back pain. And make sure to drop me a follow for more videos like this!
