I'm so over probate. 💔 Losing my husband unexpectedly was hard enough. Now I'm navigating probate, raising four kids, and trying to figure out how to protect their futures. Two of my children have additional needs. Vivienne has level 3 autism, and Roslynn has Type 1 diabetes. Their care and financial security are things I have to think about for the rest of my life. This is my PSA: Please look into estate planning and life insurance while your children are still young. I know it costs money. I know it's uncomfortable to think about. But I wish we had been more prepared for what happens when someone unexpectedly passes away. Nobody wants to think about losing their spouse. I never thought I'd be dealing with this at 43.
