And even though you have the tutorial, I understand that some of y'all still have some questions. So let's go over this shit real quick. 'Cause your ass don't do nothing else today. You gonna learn how to make this dish. So come on and shake it to the way. Shake it to the way. 'Cause your ass about to make this dish for the one that you love the best. So real quick, I'm starting out with the 24 oz pack of beef smoked sausage. I cut up the entire pack into beautiful slices such as this. I grated a 16 oz block of Colby Jack cheese. I cut up approximately six red potatoes. Washed them and then soaked them in ice water for approximately 30 minutes. I pan-fried the sausages until they look like this. And I cook with love, so there's no real measurements. But baptize your potatoes with some oil. And then hit them up with some garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Uncle Chris' seasoning, and dill weed. Give everything a good mix. Then fry them for about 10 minutes in the same skillet that you fried the sausages in. And remember, this is a part cook, meaning we're only looking to get a little char on the potatoes because they're gonna finish in the oven. I did add two chopped onions and a little more dill. Let that cook down until it looks like this. I poured the potatoes into an 11 by 17 non-stick sprayed baking dish. I added 4 lb bag of blanched broccoli florets. And then seasoned the broccoli and potatoes with a little more Uncle Chris'. Straight up, dog. I added the cooked smoked sausage. Gave everything a good mix. Covered it with foil. And baked it in the oven on 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Once it look like this, I added all the shredded cheese and popped it back in the oven uncovered for a few minutes just until the cheese was melted. And by the boom, by the bing, dinner is served. Y'all look at this damn dish. Now I'm gonna list ingredients in the caption. But let me know if you have any further questions. This helps. Talk to you soon. Bye.
