Outlook hack. Let me put you guys on to my Outlook hack. I use signatures for every recurring email that I send over and over and over again. I create an Outlook signature so that I can quickly send the same email over and over again without having to re-invent the wheel. For example, when I'm notifying clients of their next court date, that is an email signature because I'm doing that all the time. My weekly calendar prep, I send that every week to my attorneys. That is an email signature. Anything like that that you're going to send over and over again, I like to create a signature. It's super easy to add to your emails and I will show you how. Okay, so you're going to go like you're making a new email, select new, and then you want to go insert and then select signature. I already have a bunch of signatures. As you can see, but you go all the way down and select new signature. You can name it and then add whatever text that you want to use. For example, when I'm notifying clients of their next court date, that is an email signature. I have a subject line so I can automatically just put that in the subject line and I'm just letting my client know whether your appearance is required. If you don't hear from us by then, please reach out to our office. I hope this helps you guys. This saves you so much time, especially when you're sending something over and over. So signatures are easier to access and I love this. This is a shortcut that I use. It's so helpful. Signatures are easier to access.
