Replying to @East BOSTON CREAM SWEET POTATO TUTORIAL 😋🔥 ib: @sweetpotatoliv 💖 to cook the sweet potato: -bake at 300F for 2 hours -turn the oven off, leaving the potato inside for 2 more hours to make the frosting: -melt 2 Tbsp butter with 2 oz chocolate -add a tsp of vanilla and 2 Tbsp cocoa powder and mix -add a cup of powdered sugar and mix (easier if you do this in increments) -to help mix, add milk (or cream) one Tbsp at a time until desired consistency (I used around 4 Tbsp milk total) to make the filling: -take cooled sweet potato insides and mix with vanilla pudding -add salt and vanilla to taste HAVE FUN & ENJOY! 🫶 #sweetpotato #bostoncream #cookingtutorial #EasyRecipe #glutenfreeeats
