Why it worked

The video uses relatable workplace humor and a lighthearted skit to humanize the brand, making the store feel like a friendly, approachable place to shop.

Summary

Two employees at Unity Mart are joking around at the checkout counter when a third employee walks in, leading to a comedic skit about their work habits and status.

Structure

1Two employees discuss their start date at the store
2One employee asks the other about expenses
3A third employee enters the store
4The employees joke about their work status

Product placement

Unity Mart (a retail store) — it ACTS as the setting for the skit, and the video is posted by the store's official account to showcase its environment and staff. Removing it would change the context of the video.
