I found a Chinese-Mexican fusion spot in Carrollton that is doing something I’ve never seen before 👀🥟🌮 @Dragon Casa just dropped a new menu + lunch specials, and if you’ve never been, this is one of those places where you’re going to want to order a little bit of everything. What makes it even more interesting is that the owner told me the chef making their dumplings, baos and handmade pulled noodles is from Shanghai 🇨🇳 Some things to try: 🥟 Dumpling Fiesta 🍜 Birria Noodle Soup with hand-pulled noodles 🥟 Birria Xiao Long Bao 🌮 Kung Pao or Mongolian Beef Tacos 🍟 NEW Orange Chicken Fries 🥯 NEW BBQ Brisket Buns The menu basically takes Chinese dishes and techniques and mixes them with Mexican flavors like birria, tacos, chile seasoning and more.
