Often we’ll get to the starting bus stop of our service early, this can be down to scheduling or traffic or just turning up early, once we’ve turned up we need to get out didaply, ticket machine and other bits sorted before we let customers on. Often customers will instantly gravitate to the bus and try and get on before the driver is ready.
