Not me ending up in dessert drama AGAIN… except apparently I have opinions now. 🍪 I’ve been following the whole Cookie Club @Ruby - thecookieeclub🍪❤️ and @alyssa review situation and the latest update somehow made this even messier. Because from a small-business owner’s perspective, a bad review isn’t the real problem. How you respond to it can be. There are some BIG business lessons in this one, especially around communication, knowing when you’re at capacity, taking feedback, and what happens when you try to control the conversation instead of fixing the customer experience.
