This most recent chapter in my life has squeezed me the hardest. Which is odd considering I’ve been in DV situations.. been to jail.. been embarrassed and disgusted… but I always counted on myself to find a way out. And I always have… but it came at a cost. God carries me now, and you’d think I’d find peace in that… but honestly it’s nerve wrecking!! I feel like a wild animal being carried by a human 🤣 I should know I’m safe but by nature I wanna fight my way out until I can put my feet on the ground and run! That’s the battle between the flesh and the spirit. It takes some getting used to, and eventually you don’t feel so uncomfortable trusting God during times where your old self would have had feet on the ground by now… but just know you can’t go about this the wrong way. He sees you trying and He’s proud of you. Get in the Word. Ask Him to guide you and then BE STILL. Growth is uncomfy!! #GodsTim#GodsTimingTikTok #TrustGo#TrustGodsProcessu#SpiritualGrowthderToGod
