The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) released CCTV footage showing former House speaker Martin Romualdez inside the detention facility at the Quezon City Jail–Male Dormitory today, November 4, 2026. The video follows the agency’s statement addressing allegations that Romualdez had been taken out of the facility aboard an ambulance, with a warden allegedly cutting off the electricity during his departure and return.
