If I was flat broke and I had to start my e-commerce business over from scratch right now with zero dollars, this is exactly what I would do.

This is assuming I was bootstrapping this entire thing, which is actually what I did. The number one thing that I would do immediately is get a business credit card for whatever amount that I could get. Some business cards like Amex Blue, you can get like 15K in credit. Then I would start an on-demand e-commerce brand. This is where you partner with suppliers that hold all the product for you and ship out your order directly to your customers when you make a sale. I would then tactically sell my products through all the platforms that give you free traffic. Free traffic is basically organic traffic where you don't have to run ads and people can still see your products. Some of the best ones are Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Wish, and even apps like OfferUp, Mercari, and Craigslist. I would put my products everywhere. The only thing that matters is what you sell has high demand. So this could be on-demand beauty products, on-demand supplements, on-demand clothing, it doesn't matter. Then I would also list my brand on Shopify and connect it to Google Shopping, and then I would make five TikToks a day marketing my brand on social media for free. So now I'm distributing my brand for free across every e-commerce platform, and I'm also selling my products on my own website where I'm driving all this free traffic with social media. And now I can scale this thing up to let's say where I'm making 100 sales a day and $5 profit per unit. I'm now making $500 per day that I can reinvest in advertising and really blow up my entire brand.
