The easiest way to scale to a million dollars a month with an e-com brand is using social affiliates, and it's not even close. So let me break down how we did this. We use TikTok Shop, but you could do this even without TikTok Shop. It's a three step process. First, you have to find affiliates and recruit them. I would generally suggest starting with at least five to six, and these affiliates are going to be posting every single day for your brand on dedicated TikTok accounts. You can also do Instagram accounts on top of that if you want, but the key is having them do TikTok accounts first. Second, you have to pay them commission plus retainer plus bonuses. So, retainers typically start at $300 a month to post one time per day. A lot of people will take you up on this offer. Commissions, 20% to 30%. TikTok Shop's the best place to do that because conversion rates are super high and it's easy to pay them out. It happens on the platform. Bonuses, I like to do $50 to $100 for every post that gets like 50,000 views. That's a good place to start. So, if they get a post that goes off, goes semi-viral, you give them a bonus. That's the first stage. The second stage is when you have five to six creators making content for you and every couple days you have something like semi-viral, you start turning the winners into paid ads. Because they're already kind of proven to work organically, they generally work pretty well for paid ads too. So this is basically how we do it.
