I don't know who needs to hear this actually a lot of you do you can now transfer your old data from the period app you're currently using to the Stardust app with screenshots so simple easy takes less than 30 seconds let me show you how. first, you're gonna set up an account with Stardust put in your birthday and what you're trying to get out of the app trying to conceive trying to not conceive then this page is gonna pop up asking about your recent period and yes we have options so you can sync with Apple Health or input manually but we're gonna focus on the first one so select the first one and here is where you upload all your screenshots and you're done that's it your cycle information will be uploaded so we can better predict your future periods but before we're done let's answer some frequently asked questions I already have a Stardust account, how do I upload past data? say you're already a Stardust user and want to import past data currently we don't have the technology but we are working on it as we speak we understand just how important this is and it should be available very soon what do we do with the screenshots once you upload your past period data? don't worry we immediately delete them so there's no record of them in our system okay let's say you're having trouble making an account, signing up, choosing your journey, uploading past data, etc this is where support comes in so if you could please message support by emailing support@stardust.app they'll be able to help you figure out what's going on and provide one on one assistance if you have any more questions leave us a comment below
