I have gotten so many of these questions where people ask me like what is trading, how does trading work, how can I start trading, how did you start trading, how much money do I need and so many more questions. I'm gonna give you guys a whole breakdown of how trading works and how you can start trading with literally $0 to your name because you don't need to start trading with your real money right away. So I'm gonna be explaining what trading is, what I trade and how you could trade too without spending money and I wish I had this information because when I started I had no clue how this all work and I literally lost money, a lot of money on simple things that I did not know. So first things first, what is trading? Trading itself is basically buying and selling and the actual definition is also like the action or activity of buying and selling goods or services. If you translate trading into the financial markets you have two ways of making money and I did not know the difference in the beginning and it did not make sense for me that there are two different ways. You can be buying and selling in the financial markets as a day trader and as an investor and I'm both. But the main difference between the two is that as an investor you're basically buying when everything is low and once everything got up you're selling. Just like with bitcoin, it's only smart to be buying bitcoin when it was down and once it got up you're gonna be selling bitcoin. Well with day trading you're gonna be making money while the market goes up and down. So you basically have two options and you can predict whether the market's gonna go up and you make money because your prediction is right or you're gonna predict that the market is going down and you gonna be making money because your prediction is right and market got down and that's what confuses a lot of people because people think like how can you make money when the market is crashing. Like how can you make money when the market is going down but with day trading that's possible and for a lot of people does not make sense and I understand because I had the same thing in the beginning but that's basically how day trading works. So it does not matter what the market conditions are, you can always be making money on a daily basis. I personally trade forex, you have three types of trading, you can trade forex, you can trade futures and you can trade options. I'm gonna be explaining to you guys what forex trading is and how that works. So here you can see a chart and this is the chart of a currency pair. A forex trading basically is trading currency pairs, commodities and indices but I would recommend everyone who is new, so if you complete beginner, I would recommend you to trade currency pairs because they are less risky, have less volatility so it's like better to be starting off with currency pairs. So here you can see euro dollar, like the Euro and the US dollar. This basically how the chart looks like on my phone and every single thing of those are called candlesticks. So all these things that you see go up and down like the red ones go down and the green ones go up, these are called candlesticks. So how does forex trading work? For example, if you thought that the market was gonna go up from this candle, like this red one, you're gonna go in a buy trade and you were thinking like I think the market is gonna go up and he's probably gonna go up to like here. You got in from this moment and your profit target was here, you would have made money from this to this, like the difference, that difference was gonna be your profit and the same thing the other way around. So if you like for example placed a sell trade on this moment, so like somewhere here and your prediction was that he was gonna go till here to like a random spot for now, then the difference was gonna be your profit. So either way you were gonna be making money but you can also lose money if your prediction is not right. So if your analysis or the way you were thinking the market was gonna behave is not correct, you can lose your money. So that's why trading is risky. Now let me explain some things that could help you understand how you can kind of predict what the market is gonna do. So you have a bearish movement and a bullish movement. A bearish movement is basically a down movement, so when the markets is going down and a bullish movement is when you think the market is going up, so like like this. So in the market we always have buyers and sellers and based off the candlestick itself, like the candlesticks I showed you guys before in the chart, you can also have like a bit of an idea how strong the buyers or the sellers are. So for example if the candle is red, so like here, all these candles are red, based of the body, so like the block and the wicks, so basically like the line you can see below on these two and they have like lines below and now the upper side of the body, based of the wicks, you can know like how strong the sellers are in this case. Well to be looking at the charts you need applications and these are literally free. Like the applications are literally free, trading can be started with a demo account. So you can see like Meta Trader 4 and 5, I have both but you can use like any one you want and you can create a demo account which is basically like a real account but not with your money, so you have like fake money in it and with that fake money you can start practicing. You can start placing trades, you can start looking the market, you can start analysing and you can start just looking like seeing how it feels. Like you can start like seeing if maybe trading is even for you for free. Like you don't even have to pay for that shit. And also tradingview, you have like some subscription types but if they ask you if you wanna upgrade you just say no and you just keep it at the free one. I do have a subscription because I need more indicator but especially if you're a beginner you don't need like to have the premium package. You can just start with the basic like the standard one and start analyzing, start looking at the charts. Tradingview for me is like the Google of the financial markets, you can find everything in there, you can find all the markets, you can find all the charts, you can find all the indicators and tools you need to analyse in the market so my personal favourite. And if you have your trading view you're gonna start analysing and analysing is possible in two ways, you have fundamental analyse, analysing and you have technical. Fundamental is like more economic related, you're gonna see like what economic events are happening, what is happening like with the government, especially like US has like a big impact on the financial market so whenever something is happening with Trump or whatever you will see it in the market. Well technical analysing is more related with like looking at the chart, so looking at the graph, like the chart, the candlesticks and drawing on there. You have like different types of drawing, you have like trends, you know like up trend, down trend, have trend lines, you have different ways of seeing trends, you have support resistance, demand to supply zones, have FVGs, also have like different strategies like SMC and ICT, I know a lot of people use but some people say that they won't work so the opinions like really differ but I feel like if something works for you don't listen to anyone else and just use that and if you're profitable then who cares. So you will see like a lot of people say like this is the best strategy or this is the best strategy but in reality there is no best strategy, you just have to see like what works for you cause every single person is different and everything works different for every person. So you also see like moving average in there, that's basically an indicate, let me show you guys how it looks. So this is the moving average on like the Euro USD chart and those are like lines and every line gives like the average of the market. Then you have Fibonacci, that's also a tool that you can use, it's like really really really really good but you will need to understand what that is. Here you can see trend lines, so like you see down trend, up trend, you see a horizontal line, that's like a support and resistance level. Like it looks maybe confusing but it's like really really easy, like if you once you start understanding what those lines are and how you can recognise them, it's so easy. If you want to know how a certain way of analysing works, you literally have YouTube and TikTok which is literally free, like everything, the amount of value I see sometimes online I'm like whoa I wish I had this amount of value like 4 years ago when I started because there was nothing out there and the only things that were out there were not helping me so I lost a lot of money because of that. There's so much out there for free which I would definitely recommend you to use. And if you need 1-1 guidance or just like help in general you can always contact me. I also have like a community group chat where I have everyone together and we just like trade together and everyone ask their questions and all of that. So if you need more help or anything I'm your girl💛
