My client had used the first room shown as a storage room her entire ownership. I emptied it out, brought in plants and used some furniture she had with some of my own and the once storage room became everyone’s favorite room in the house. We sold this house seven years ago o Cap Hill in Seattle and it’s one of my favorites. And we did it with a toddler in tow, in the summer, and that room was so hot but it was so worth it. #seattlerealestate @so_dylicious
