Grace O'Malley's fall off lately has been kind of interesting to me from a marketing standpoint. Obviously you can tell in her content it's like depressive low energy, low impact content and I definitely feel like she could be doing more or you know kind of changing it up, refreshing what she's doing. But I think more happened behind the scenes than we're even really aware of. Obviously there was a fallout between Grace and Dave Portnoy from Barstool Sports and I think it brings up an interesting point. You could objectively say that Grace, Brianna Chicken Fry and Josh are all kind of riding Dave Portnoy's coat tails at this point. And the problem with putting all of the power into a man who has everything he wants, he's a millionaire, he's got everything he wants at this point is that if you rub him the wrong way he has all of the ability to completely cut you off. And it sounds like that's what he did. There was a podcast episode where someone asked how much money Grace was making and she said doing alright or you know something, she was just trying to play it off and like not really talk about how much she was making and he took it personally and was like oh so she's not grateful for what I gave her and basically like now has beef with her and kinda cut her off from the whole Barstool Sports sector and it's probably never gonna help her again because he feels it that he like basically brought her what she has now. But I do think that breaking off on her own away from Brianna Chicken Fry could be the best thing that ever happens to her career but she's gonna have to take initiative and figure out what that means for her. I would love to see Grace continue to do like podcast and start doing some badass collabs with other comics but she's gonna have to get out of this depressive episode and hit the gas because I've gotta say I'm not liking her content lately.
