My little cousin reached out to me and she asked me if I was starting over reading the bible. What would I recommend, right? And I realized a lot more people probably have this same question, right? So, as us as children of God, although I am still in the process of learning and growing in my relationship with God, I do know what has worked for me. And one thing I did tell her was the Bible app. Now, in the Bible app, there's Bible reading plans that you can start that helps give you direction. You can even search what you're trying to learn, whether that be love, whether that be starting a relationship with God, you can be very specific and it will recommend different plans for you, right? So I started a new Bible reading plan today and it was about divine direction. And it was so, so good. I love this book. I use it, okay? It's been used. I love it. It's literally a guide, right? To reading the Bible and understanding it for yourself. Remember, it's a journey. It's not a sprint. God wants you to seek him daily. It says it in scripture that give us this day our daily bread. So you need to be getting your daily bread. He desires a relationship with you. So, this has also helped me. This is a devotional, a 100 days of devotional journal. But it's so, so good. But I really came on here to share with y'all, one thing that just stuck out with me that I want y'all to take with y'all too. Isaiah 43:18 and 19 says, 'Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing. Now shall it spring forth. Shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.' I don't even know if y'all understand what that means, but baby God is saying that when you're in the desert, dry, he will make a river. He will come and get you in the wilderness. Basically, come as you are. He will receive you. And there's no perfect way to do it. It's a daily thing, y'all. So, even if you get through this Bible, friend, and back, it ain't enough. Seek him daily. You will learn something new every day. And I hope this resonated with somebody because this was so good. This devotional was so good. So if you have the Bible app, go to Divine Direction and start the Bible reading plan with me. Seven days. But seven days of a new period. Even God says renew your mind. And renewing your mind and your spirit that it's something you can do every day by seeking him, by doing something new that involves him. He wants to be a part of your everyday life. So, less of me and more of him. And I'm not perfect, but thank God that he takes me and us as we are. Okay? So, I hope that resonated with somebody. Take it, use it, in your everyday life. I love you.
